> B.A. Tango Issue Online Thanks to Fil Cruz, I obtained the latest issue of "B.A. Tango", which is one of the main Tango periodicals in Buenos Aires. I put it on the site at tangosa.info/BA-TANGO-192-Junio-Julio-2008.pdf Warning: it's a 6.5 MB (big) PDF file.
> Austin There are a number of other things happening in Austin and nearby. Some I mention, some I don't. To see them all, check out the "Austin Tango Calendar" in the "Handy Links" section below. You can also subscribe to the Austin Tango mailing list(s) from there.
> Carpooling If any of you would like to carpool to some of the events outside San Antonio, send me an email (you can reply to this one if you want), and I'll try to hook you up: I can't guarantee anything, but I'll try. If you can offer a ride, say so, and how many people you could take. I think it's only fair to share fuel expenses if you ride with someone.
> Tangosa RSS Feed The web-savvy among you know, but the rest of you might want to take note that much of the timely information in this email is available via an RSS Feed. It's like getting a condensed, timely version of the Tango notices. A link to the feed is on the "News and Activities" and "Tango Activity Calendar" pages of the tangosa site, as well as this email, below in the "Handy Links" section. Here's a WikiPedia entry about RSS: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RSS_(file_format)

The live performance piece that accompanies this exhibition will consist of writings and drawings that address the four seasons of a woman’s journey
into self-awareness and self-fulfillment.
The writings were based on many interviews of women of all ages throughout Mexico and the United States. Their collective voice is narrated as the
artist dances on sand while drawing the symbols present within her art. Please be advised of some "adult" content.
Parking is limited in the complex, but plenty can be found around the area being prepared for a walk of a block or two. The first performance will take
place around 6:20 or so and the second performance will start approximately an hour later.
